Develop and Deploy State-of-the-art Models and Analytical Tools and to Improve Data Collection Methods, to Enhance Air Quality, Noise, and Greenhouse Analyses.
This study will achieve the following: (1) the calculation of GHG emissions in analytical tools; (2) continue the development of the CMAQ Emissions Calculator Toolkit; (3) research to support enhancements to TNM; (4) research to support noise regulation update; (5) Air quality dispersion model development; (6) Update of the construction noise model; (7) Emissions model sensitivity analsysis; and (8) updating tools using latest emissions model.
