The Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) V8.0 work includes (a) maintaining the operational status of the intelligent transportation (IT) platform, (b) improving the IT platform to implement priority highway performance data, (c) collecting, analyzing, and releasing highway inventory data, (d) processing annualized traffic data and pavement data, (e) delivering data in a timely manner for Apportionment, C&P Report, Freight, Congestion, and TPM usages, and (f) carrying out the National Data Quality Initiative.
