State Freight Plan Implementation Guidebook Tool

This research will develop a State Freight Plan Implementation Guidebook tool to help States more readily identify effective and notable practices in freight plan development and implementation. This guidebook is intended to support the States as they begin updating their freight plans, five years after their first State Freight Plan was approved to be FAST Act-compliant.
