Freight Performance Management Analysis and Tools

Freight mobility performance dashboard utilizes NPMRDS travel time data to meet business needs and the legislative requirements of Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21) and the Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) Act to report on performance-based transportation metrics. Freight-specific performance measures monitor traffic congestion, reliability, and major bottlenecks in the transportation system at the regional, state and national level. This tool helps meet requirements for MAP-21 transportation performance management, Transportation Conditions and Performance Report to Congress, the National Freight Strategic Plan, and freight highway bottleneck reporting.
