Ames Transit Agency (CyRide) Automatic Passenger Counter Technology Project

CyRide, with the help of its project partners Syncromatics and Nelson Nygaard, will deploy automatic passenger counter (APC) technology throughout its bus fleet and complete an independent evaluation of the project. APCs will allow passengers to view capacity of buses and restore faith in public transit within Ames in restoring ridership to over 6 million.
