Montgomery County Mobile Ticketing Project

Montgomery County, Maryland, will receive funding to develop a regional electronic fare payment system to improve options for riders and allow them to more easily move between systems in the Washington Metropolitan area. The system will electronically validate transit transfers and expand the ability to pay using smart phones.
