IndyGo Mobility Concierge
The Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IndyGo) will receive funding to create a technology platform and enhanced customer service effort that will combine trip planning and payment integration into a single system. The project will provide riders with transportation options across public, nonprofit and private mobility providers through an app or call center.
