AI Communication Platform for Revenue Expansion
The Capital Area Transit System (CATs) in Baton Rouge will receive funding to develop software that will provide riders with real-time vehicle tracking information and allow them to provide feedback to CATS on cleanliness, maintenance and other issues. This project is also expected to create new revenue streams by enabling targeted, location-based advertising to transit users.
