SPR-4720: Autonomous Construction Progress Monitoring and Documentation

This project provides an effective tool for remotely monitoring construction progress and identifying the quality of construction work done by contractors in real-time segment by segment. The deliverable will be a graphical user interface (GUI) where INDOT staff can conveniently open a video file with a list of activities and their timestamps for quick retrieval of video frames corresponding to each activity.
