SPR-4735: Development of Latitude/Longitude (and Route/Milepost) Model for Positioning Traffic Management Cameras
The project will develop a strategy/system for controlling pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ) cameras to identify the best camera location, including its settings, to visualize emerging incidents along transportation corridors that are inferred from connected vehicle data traces.
