Modeling of Stainless-steel Reinforcement Corrosion
The objective of this work is to provide durability projections of stainless steel reinforced concrete infrastructure for materials selection and cover thickness recommendations. The projections will consider the evolution of corrosion damage morphology and the possibility of repassivation, mechanical properties of the steel alloys, and the appropriate serviceability limit states.
