Emergency Exit Operation and Location
This project is an investigation of multiple proposed transport airplane cabin and door configuration changes to evaluate their general impact on safety and speed of egress. The goal is to provide rule makers a generalizable result to address the specific configuration requests and future, similar requests to modify airplane exits for the purpose of increasing the allowed number of passengers and accommodating cabin design change s directly adjacent to the exit.
