This project is to enhance the capabilities of the Georgia Department of Transportation's (GDOT’s) Office of Innovative Delivery to facilitate the smooth and cost-effective delivery of major design-build (DB) and public-private partnership (P3) projects through designing effective, smart risk management strategies to cope with uncertain geotechnical conditions and utilities accommodation issues.
