Veta Enhancements for MDMS Standardized and Web Conversion

The purpose of this contract is to convert Veta from a desktop platform to a web-based application. This is continuation of the work completed under TPF-5 (334) “Enhancement to the Intelligent Construction Data Management System (Veta) and Implementation” (Contract Number 1027236). Additionally, module(s) will be developed to provide a standardized platform for the Material Delivery Management System (MDMS) – the expanded form of E-Ticketing and the ability to push MDMS data to AASHTOWare project.
