The purpose of this study is to provide the Small Urban, Rural and Tribal Center on Mobility with additional information and greater understanding of transportation planning and travel behavior in the areas served by the Billings-Yellowstone County Metropolitan Planning Organization and the Missoula Area Metropolitan Planning Organization. This project will benefit transportation policy and planning professionals, decisionmakers, and community members in the two study areas.
