Potential Description of Services: Using the Compositive Vulnerability Index to Identify Need Transportation Connection
This work begins with national research of best transportation service methods that link rural residents with proximate urban areas. Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), Council of Government (COG), transit agency staff will be enlisted to assist with focus groups of rural residents to query their under-met or unmet travel needs
