Traffic Safety Education Resource Center (TSERC) for Teen Drivers

The project aims to develop a mobile-friendly website that can provide guided experiences and verified knowledge to teen drivers, parents/guardians, and driver education teachers in partnership with key agencies, including the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), and Florida traffic safety coalitions. The proposed research project will develop and pilot-test the Traffic Safety Education Resource Center (TSERC) website to provide centralized, practical, and engaging educational resources for the three target populations in Florida with a plan for a national model of TSERC for teen drivers that could be used by other states.
