Low Flow Passenger Oxygen Systems
This research will identify performance-based, physiological metrics for oxygen delivery systems (e.g., continuous flow, pulse delivery, on-demand) and oxygen masks (e.g., passenger and crewmember). Information and analyses from this project will be used to potentially revise 14 CFR 25.1443 oxygen regulation from a prescriptive-based requirement to a performance-based requirement.
