Before-and-After study Evaluation of Interstate 4 (I-4) Florida's Regional Advanced Mobility Elements (FRAME) Project - Evaluating the Impact of Communication Technologies on Safety and Mobility Measures
The purpose of this project is to provide an evaluation of the communication technology in reducing the primary and secondary crashes due to the implementation of I-4 FRAME Project. The main goal of this TWO is to develop simulation studies to evaluate the benefits of I-4 FRAME project on preventing primary and secondary crashes, and to perform comparative analysis of communication technologies and OBUs in select use cases.
