Highway Safety Culture Assessment through Louisiana’s Regions
The objective of this research is to support the overall reduction in crashes and severity in crashes as identified in the Louisiana Strategic Highway Safety Plan by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LA DOTD) as part of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) program requirements per Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21).
