Phase I: Before Study Evaluation of Interstate 4 (I-4) Florida's Regional Advanced Mobility Elements (FRAME) Project (Before Analysis)

The objective of the research project is to develop the evaluation plan for the I-4 Florida's Regional Advanced Mobility Elements (FRAME) project as well as to conduct and document the evaluation study findings. To conduct the task, the research team will perform the following activities: (1) determine evaluation criteria tailored to the I-4 FRAME project objectives, considering the identifiable costs and in coordination with the other partners; (2) description of data collection procedures tailored to these criteria that needed to report on achievement of project objectives; and (3) identify safety challenges on the project corridors and document how the I-4 FRAME project will address the challenges.
