USF-CUTR I-4 FRAME Project Before Study: Data Collection and Analysis of Safety and Mobility Conditions Prior to Implementation

The research team will identify all relevant applications for Interstate 4 (I-4) Florida's Regional Advanced Mobility Elements (FRAME) along with the data to be collected for each application. The research team will consider a comprehensive performance measurement framework for the use cases identified. The research team will also provide a comprehensive evaluation of the "before" conditions for the study area.
