Energy and Environmental Impacts of Atlanta’s Reversible Express Toll Lanes: A Synthetic Control Analysis
The Georgia Tech team will analyze the counterfactual scenario after the opening of reversible toll lanes on the I-75/I-575 Northwest Corridor of Atlanta, GA, in order to assess the energy and emission impact of such new facility. This project is an extension of the project entitled “Energy and Environmental Impacts of Atlanta’s Reversible Express Toll Lanes and High-Occupancy Toll Lanes.”.
