SPR-4518: Review of Indiana Asphalt Binders (In-Situ PG Grade Asphalt Determination)
The study objectives are as follows: (1) evaluate performance graded binder selections using LTPPBind, version 3.1; (2) to explore additional low-temperature binder grades; (3) to determine if as-constructed asphalt binder grades meet project specifications; and (4) to develop a draft asphalt binder specification that can cost-effectively improve Indiana’s asphalt pavement cracking performance.
