Develop Innovative Financing Mechanisms in a Fast-Changing Texas Transportation Landscape

The research team will undertake an analysis of TxDOT’s ability to fund needed projects by identifying TxDOT’s current financing sources and projections. The research team will develop a comprehensive list of alternative financing mechanisms for a detailed analysis for use by the Receiving Agency.
