Mobility, Access, and Safety
VOLPE will provide HEPH with research and the development of innovations in the financing, development, and implementation of multimodal transportation projects that improve connectivity, accessibility, safety, and convenience for all users. The project will reduce the number, rate, and consequences of multimodal transportation-related crashes, serious injuries, and fatalities among transportation users.
