Framework for Culvert Asset Management in Alaska
The goals of this project ares to (1) develop a framework for an Alaska specific culvert asset management program; (2) calculate a return on investment for having a culvert asset management program; and (3) provide options for condition rating, deterioration modeling, and life cycle planning to be established in the new Maintenance Management System. The goal is to provide tools to the hydraulics engineers which are not available to them currently to help with program planning.
