SPR-4404: Improve and Gain Efficiency in Winter Operations
The goal of this project is to understand the current efficiency of deployment of trucks and routes to service winter operations and explore approaches to optimize performance. This includes understanding available capacity, both trucks, drivers and routes, as well as plans to adjust the type of capacity and drivers to improve performance.
