SPR-4433: Unit Hydrograph Method Refinement at Higher Resolution

This project will address the limitations of the current Unit Hydrograph (UH) application by developing a custom Indiana UH that is as easy to use and apply as the current NRCS method. This project will deliver: (i) a report detailing the scope of the study, methodology and results related to development of UH, including the database; and (ii) a recommended procedure on how the newly developed UH can be easily implemented in Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) projects.
