Using the Portable XRF to Identify/Verify Field Material Properties
The objective of this study is to develop a methodology to apply a portable x-ray fluorescence (XRF) and attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy to Louisiana’s material needs, and to evaluate the efficiency of the portable devices to characterize relevant materials for acceptance.
