SPR-4441: Public Acceptance of INDOT’s Transportation Services
A statewide public opinion survey is proposed to complement the current INDOT customer satisfaction survey and measure public acceptance and awareness of current traffic engineering infrastructure treatments, use of common traffic control devices, and practices in traffic operations and transportation systems management. The statewide public opinion survey results can assist INDOT to identify areas that there is a misunderstanding or lack of awareness of its current infrastructure treatments and practices.
