SPR-4422: Automate the Generation of Construction Checklists

This project addresses the critical need for an effective inspection toolset to reduce staff workload and enhance the performance. The main deliverable is an intelligent database of inspection requirements that provide field crews with customized construction checklists for the work under inspection with necessary specifics regarding what to check, when to check, how to check, and risks of and actions to take when encountering noncompliance.
