In order to develop/improve nondestructive evaluation (NDE) technologies across all infrastructure, researchers must first identify research and implementation needs. The top 3 identified priority technologies should be developed/improved and then deployed. Promotion and outreach should be conducted via web manual updates and conferences/webinars.
