Data Collection Methods, Processing Techniques and Guidance
To achieve data consistency crossing political boundaries and meet data quality needs the office is to: (a) research and develop new approaches and enhanced methods and new guidelines and (b) implement new methods, enhanced methods and modified methods with States and others. The objective is to meet program needs without sacrificing data quality while reducing or minimizing State reporting burden. Funding for work here is to carry out needed updates and new method exploration.
