HRDO-FY16-09 Hardware in the Loop Testing of CAV

Allows the potential impacts of connected automated vehicle applications currently under development by FHWA to be further assessed through use of recently developed hardware in the loop (HIL) tools that allow test vehicles from the Saxton Lab to operate through interaction with virtual traffic.
