TMA Certification Review Field Handbook and Database Updates

This effort will continue refining the TMA Certification Process Field Handbook to ensure that it remains consistent with MAP-21 and FAST Act requirements and is relevant to the needs of the field planners' stewardship of the planning process. These enhancements will be incorporated into the TMA Certification Database.  Future TMA Certification Review reports will continue to be uploaded into the TMA Certification Database and searchable by topic, corrective action recommendation, commendations etc.
