Border Wait Time System
This effort will support the establishment of a border crossing measuring system for commercial vehicles at the Santa Teresa/San Jeronimo LPOE in New Mexico. The border crossing measuring system will include the installation of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) equipment at the port of entry as well as the development and implementation of a data collection and dissemination tool. The cost of the implementation and execution of the commercial vehicle Border Crossing and Wait Times Analysis includes the: concept of operations, implementation plan, installation of equipment, implementation of the data system, and providing an analysis/final report on the system.
