SELDM/Stormwater
This project establishes a new interagency agreement with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) to advance several water quality efforts including: Further Analysis of Water Quality Statistics from the new International Best Management Practices (BMPs) Database; Modernizing FHWA-USGS Water-Quality Analysis Programs for Current and Future Use; and Implementation of the Stochastic Empirical Loading and Dilution Model (SELDM) via a Pilot Project to determine the Feasibility of Developing College Curricula for Civil and Engineering for Higher Education.
