PONTIS Implementation and Operation: Iowa DOT
The object of this project is to provide support to the Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) to implement and operate American Association of State Highway and Transportation Official's (AASHTO's) PONTIS bridge management software. To accomplish the project objectives, the following different areas will be addressed. The first covers continued support for implementation. The second area deals with operation and training. The last area deals with data integration and implementation of data collection tools developed in Phase III. The following is a brief description of each one of the areas: Task 1. PONTIS Implementation and Task 2. PONTIS Operation and Training.
