Analysis of Oversaturated Traffic Flow Conditions on Freeway Facilities
The objective of the research was to improve and enhance the Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) 2010 methodology of the operational analysis of freeway facilities in oversaturated conditions. The research should take related efforts into account, particularly the incorporation of travel time reliability into the HCM.
