SPR-4219: SNIP Light
This project aims to increase the Safety Needs Identification Program (SNIP2) tool applicability to planning level safety analysis. This will be accomplished by reducing SNIP’s dependency on other programs, making it less resource-demanding while increasing the allowed size of road network to be analyzed. The deliverables include the modified computer tool and revised user manual.
