SPR-4216: Statistical Analysis of Safety Improvements and Integration into Project Design Process
This study will modify the RoadHAT tool to facilitate two additional tasks: (1) Design support in the preliminary design stage for small and medium safety-improvement projects, and (2) Post-construction evaluation of the effectiveness of projects in improving road safety to meet the current federal requirement. The project will deliver the modified computer tool with a revised user manual.
