SPR-4204: Updating Driveway and General Permit Manuals

Current Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Driveway Permit Manual will be updated to provide INDOT permitting and site designers with guidance on developing safer and efficient access to INDOT roadways. Project deliverables include ready to adopt and implement Driveway Permit Manual for INDOT including input from peer departments of transportation (DOTs).
