Case Study/Beta Test of Updated Model Motorcoach Curriculum
The draft updated model motorcoach driver curriculum is being beta tested and refined to align with the new minimum training standards for entry-level commercial driver’s license (CDL) drivers. Facilitation services to manage this beta test were acquired from an expert bus industry consultancy. Recommendations for candidate participants were sought through bus industry associations and other channels. This effort will produce a refined curriculum, recommendations on how to convert the curriculum into a multimedia online or blended version, and recommendations on how to ensure the curriculum is maintained/updated regularly in order to stay relevant for the industry.
