Support for the California Strategic Transportation Innovation Council (STIC)

California is forming a Strategic Transportation Innovation Council (STIC) in order to facilitate the rapid implementation of demonstrated "real world" applications of technology, tactics and techniques among transportation program delivery professionals at all levels of state government and throughout the private and non-profit sector to ensure smart, efficient investment in California’s transportation infrastructure.
