PPRC14: Support for the Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS)
California Department of Transportation (Catrans) is responsible for monitoring non-Caltrans highways for reporting to the Fedreal Highway Administration (FHA) through the Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) program. With the newer automated distress surveys that are available the Department needs support in assuring quality data.
