PPRC14 SPE 5.10: Update Guidance and Calculations for Life Cycle Cost Analysis

Develop life cycle costing analysis (LCCA) information and guidance for new pavement structures, rehabilitation and preservation treatments. The objectives of this project are to: (1) update maintenance & rehabilitation (M&R) schedules; (2) develop annualized maintenance cost calculation; (3) activate a user input validation function; (4) develop a pilot online LCCA tool; and (5) prepare a technical memorandum of work done.
