SPR-4043: Investigation of Materials from Premature Failures in Pavement and Bridges

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is experiencing premature failures in some segments of asphalt pavement. This study will involve evaluation of the aggregate extracted from the investigated pavements in order to determine their mineralogical composition and to provide a semi-quantitative data on the amounts and types of aggregates used in construction of the pavements in question.
