On-line Master of Engineering Program in Transportation Systems Engineering and Planning

The project is focused on developing an online Master of Engineering Program in Transportation Engineering. The purpose of the program is to take advantage of the richness of the onsite program course offerings at the University of Maryland and to tap the potential market outside the University. The online versions of six of the courses that are currently being offered on site will be developed and the project team will work with the Office of Extended Studies to put the online program on the books and market it. These six courses together with some of the project management online courses will constitute the online transportation program. The Program will launch in fall 2015.
