Quality Assurance Data Analysis as a Leading Indicator for Infrastructure Condition Performance Management
The objective of this project is to examine the quality assurance data collected during pavement construction to determine whether and how it could be used as a leading indicator within an agency’s pavement management system in supporting performance management and pavement investment decisions.
